Frame of Mind aims to challenge and equip people to understand who they are, explore ways to help ‘press pause’ when pressure gets too much and work out how to navigate the complexities of what goes on in the mind. This fast moving sketch show explores issues of mental health and identity using humour, news, music and personal accounts with the aim of challenging and equipping young people to equipping young people to better understand who they are and how to navigate the complexities of what goes on in your mind.
